How all-inclusive living supports wellbeing
The wellbeing case for all-inclusive living is mostly about removing friction. Every bill you do not have to think about is one less small decision to carry, and the more trivial choices you are making each day, the less attention you have left for the ones that matter.
There is a practical layer too. When the gym is downstairs and the classes are already paid for, the gap between intending to go and going is about ninety seconds. Is there a minimum stay?

Beyond the minimum there is no fixed term, so you choose your own length of stay.
Is council tax included?
Yes, at both locations. It sits inside the single monthly payment, so there is no separate bill and nothing to register or settle with the council yourself. At Shoreditch, roughly £200 of the £1,900 covers all bills together: utilities, broadband, council tax and weekly communal area cleaning.
Is breakfast included?
